At Decorique, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the conditions outlined below.


Returns

  • You can return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • All returned items must be in their original condition and include the original packaging and tags.

Return Process

Exclusions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made, personalized, or perishable products

  • Digital downloads and license codes

  • Products returned more than 14 days after delivery

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts through no fault of ours


Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and process the returned item.

  • No restocking fees apply.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days of receiving the item, but processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Specific Return Procedures

  • Exchange: Contact customer service if you need to exchange an item.

  • Change of Mind: You may return unopened products in original condition within 14 days for a full refund by following the standard return procedure.

  • Defective Items: Contact customer service immediately to arrange a return or exchange.

  • Damaged Goods: Report damaged goods immediately to customer service for further instructions.

  • Wrong Product Received: Complete the return form and contact customer service to resolve the issue.

  • Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placement. After this period, the order is processed and cannot be canceled or changed. To cancel within the allowed time, contact customer service promptly with your order number.


Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
